Stress & Restore Ritual

The Stress and Restore Ritual is a calming, flowing full-body treatment designed for those carrying stress and tension across the whole body rather than one specific area. It combines gentle rhythmic pressure, scalp and head massage, and targeted neck and shoulder work to quieten the nervous system, ease mental fatigue, and release accumulated physical tension from head to toe.

Not at all. This session is designed for anyone who feels the weight of stress in their body and needs a genuine reset. You do not need to be injured or in pain. If you are feeling mentally fatigued, physically heavy, or simply overwhelmed by the pace of life, this session was made for exactly that.

The Bespoke Aroma Ritual is an optional upgrade (+$20) that incorporates a personalised Jurlique aromatherapy blend chosen specifically for your needs on the day. Therapeutic scent works alongside the physical treatment to deepen the calming effect, ease emotional tension, and enhance the overall restorative experience. We recommend the Calm blend for this particular session.

A standard relaxation massage focuses primarily on the muscles using general Swedish technique. The Stress and Restore Ritual goes further by incorporating scalp and head massage as standard, using a specifically sequenced full-body flow designed to address the nervous system as well as the muscles, and offering the option to deepen the experience with therapeutic aromatherapy. It is a more complete and intentional session.

This depends entirely on how your body responds to stress and how you want to feel on a regular basis. Some clients book this monthly as an ongoing practice of restoration. Others come in whenever life gets particularly demanding. There is no wrong answer. We will always support whatever frequency works best for you and your life.
